General Clerk/Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Position Overview:

The objective of this position is to provide administrative clerical support and customer service assistance to AES’ precision welding division, Apex Precision. Support varies based on the Apex Precision Production Supervisor’s needs and requirements and can span all administrative areas of operations- from sales and customer service to generating production paperwork and data entry.

  • Document organization and updating
  • Maintaining records
  • Making copies
  • Special projects

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Possess a customer savvy, energetic, and positive personality
  • Strong appreciation for teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

Required Experience:

  • High School degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or clerical position
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • MRP/ERP System Experience is a Plus
