Applied Energy Systems to Display Gas Purification Solutions and Industry 4.0-Ready Gas Delivery Systems at SEMICON West 2019

Equipment from Its ARM Purification and SEMI-GAS® Divisions Will Be Available to Demo at Booth #667

MALVERN, PA, JUNE 5, 2019 — Applied Energy Systems (AES), provider of high and ultra high purity gas systems, services, and solutions – including design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and expert field services – and expert field services—will be showcasing the gas purification solutions from its ARM Purification division and Industry 4.0-ready control technology for its SEMI-GAS® ultra high purity gas delivery systems as part of its booth presence at SEMICON West 2019. The annual event, held this year from July 9 through 11 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, brings together the extended electronics supply chain to discuss new verticals and adjacencies and provide insight into the latest innovations disrupting today’s evolving technology landscape.

“As the epicenter of innovative knowledge-sharing in the semiconductor industry, we knew that SEMICON West would be the ideal opportunity to formally introduce our new gas purification division, which was onboarded from our acquisition of Advanced Research Manufacturing (ARM) this past fall,” said Jim Murphy, General Manager of Applied Energy Systems. “We are excited to have ARM’s advanced point-of-use purifiers on display, as well as software demos, to show attendees firsthand how these products uphold the highest standards of gas purity required for stringent semiconductor fabrication processes.”

AES will also have an in-booth station to demo its SEMI-GAS® GigaGuard™ Controllers, optimized for use in advanced semiconductor, electronics, and high-tech manufacturing environments. “Our smart control technology connects users instantaneously to the data needed to uphold system efficiency, all while ensuring gas delivery systems can be easily integrated with other systems in the larger process,” added Murphy. “We’ll show why these Industry 4.0-ready controllers are integral to any smart fab seeking to optimize output and system performance.”
